Any other warranties are limited to those expressly stated in your written contract. These Terms do not create additional warranties beyond those provided in writing.

5. No Exaggerated Guarantees

Information on the Site describes our services and experience. We do not guarantee specific results beyond what is stated in your written contract. Actual project timelines, including the typical two-day roof painting timeframe, may vary depending on the property and scope of work.
